Very quick to fit to ceiling with such ease.

This is the plastic hinge down type.

The appeture required in the ceiling is 565mm by 720mm

The external Dimensions are 675mm by 830mm exactly.

The clear opening with door open is 533mm x 655mm.

The insulation is fitted into the door so it hinges down with the door to allow a loft ladder to drop down.

Helps to reduce your heating bills by stopping heat escaping into loft area.

Once the opening is made in the ceiling the hatch is simply screwed into place, simply turn the thumbscrew through 90 degrees to open or lock the hatch.
